Indo-US nuclear treachery

The AEC chairman Anil Kakodkar was given an extension for two years from December 1st. 2003 and this did not attract the attention of the media. Such extensions are uncalled for and the service of Kakodkar could be utilized in a better way in a higher position. By this unusual action, thousands of Scientists and Engineers who have dedicated their life long work to the Atomic Energy is deprived of their rightful promotions to higher posts and will create discontent in the Department of Atomic Energy. There appears to be the Siva Sena influence in this extension given by the government and such politicization of the DAE is not desirable. Atomic Energy Commission Chairmen were visionaries like Homi Bhabha and Vikram Sarabhai. Unfortunately in the same chair a pygmy like Anil Kakodkar has been put because of the peculiar way Engineers and Scientists are promoted in DAE. The Indo-US treachery is the end result of such pygmies being put in such high position and further extensions given by our visionless Haji Hajpayee who raised the Hajj subsidy of the throat slitting muslim terrorists of India by a factor of 12. While I can understand Hajpayee’s action on Hajj subsidy is for the muslims to go and kiss the Siva Lingam in Kaaba which was a Hindu temple at the time of Chandragupta Maurya, but I can hardly understand giving an extension to a nuclear pygmy as the head of DAE. Anil Kakodkar’s model for the first Pokhran I was a failure. He was just an Engineer and not a Scientist to head the Bhabha Atomic Research Centre and even his fuel design for the Druva Reactor was a failure which resulted in the delay of the commissioning of Druva Reactor.

Another aspect of the Indo-US nuclear agreement was the failure of our political leadership. Otherwise even an uneducated politician would have understood that we cannot segregare our Civilian and Military installations, as we have no military nuclear installations to say the least. The CIRUS reactor which provided the plutonium for the Pokhran I bomb was a Canadian Reseach Reactor given by Canada and cannot be kept away as a military installation. Further details cannot be written in this article. But India now controlled by two ISI agents Manmohan along with another ISI agent Antonia Maino alias Sonia Gandhi has already compromised India.

Manmohan Singh who allowed the ISI bank BCCI to open its branch in India in 1983 while he was a governor of RBI against RAW advise. Later for his service he was inducted to congress. Abedi the Paki who started the BCCI happened to be a major donor to the Indira Gandhi Memorial Foundation, later controlled by Sonia. The first Indira Gandhi Peace Prize was awarded to Yasser Arafat, with money donated by Abedi! In addition, several members of the Gandhi trusts have close ties to Pakistan. A high official of the Nehru Museum and Library is a Pakistani . As per U.S. Congressional hearing records Indira Gandhi's family most likely Rajiv and Sonia, were on the payroll of the Pakistani Banker the late Agha Hassan Abedi, who founded the Bank known as Bank of Credit and Commerce International (BCCI). BCCI was a drug money laundering outfit. finally owned by the ruler of Abu Dhabi, Sheikh Zyed. Sonia had connections to the Vatican Bank which was active in Europe and America drug market where as BCCI specialized in the Asian drug market. Abedi's reach extended to the U.S. also. He even had the former Secretary of Defense Clark Clifford as his lobbyist for a fee of nearly $100 million. All this was exposed in U.S. Congressional hearings. Antonia Maino alias Sonia was working in London for one Tassir an ISI operative who had an office in Dubai as well. Added to this fellows like External Affairs Minister Natwar Singh whose daughter and daughter-in-law have committed suicide, advising South and North Korea not to follow India's example by becoming a nuclear power. No wonder that we are connecting the telephone line to terrorist in Kashmir in spite of these muslim terrorists slitting the throats of many Indian Hindus after the earthquake. Pakis are now confident enough with their agents in power in India, to ask us for army helicopters without out our army personnel. The US agreement on nuclear technology should be seen in this context. It is sad that our nation is in the hands of traitors.
Our political leadership had made a grave error of judgment in the case of Bangladesh. In 1975 a six member Bangladesh delegation came to India for help for setting up of a Nuclear Reactor there. We gave Bangladesh a complete set of design drawings of a nuclear reactor on the oral instruction of Dr. Raja Ramanna who was the BARC director at that time who in turn was orally ordered for it by the political leadership in Delhi. Bangladesh is driving out Hindus and about 2 crore illegal muslim immigrants to India. Bangladesh Hindu refugees had taken shelter in Tripura. The former PM of Bangladesh Sheikh Hasina had asked the Hindu minority to retaliate against the BNP-Jamaat attack which was started with the win of Khaleda Zia's election to power. Bangladesh had become the base for Islamic terrorists. Yet our political leadership appears to be working on the instructions of ISI.
The idea of nuclear cooperation might have stemmed from the large number of christians employed in DAE in the administrative side The saying goes like, ‘ If you can’t defeat someone openly, it is better to join him and lick him to death’. Our two pioneers in the nuclear field were murdered by US. Homi Bhabha was killed in a plane crash created by US and Vikram Sarabhai was killed by two christian woman spies sent to him in Kovalam palace in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala. US were never able to monitor our nuclear programme and the agreement is the best way to sabotage us. We should also remember few things when we talk about nuclear power. I also think that the agreement is meant to create nuclear coolies out of Indian scientists and engineers for the US.
• Our technology is self sufficient as far as nuclear power plants are concerned.
• Even existing nuclear power plants are operating only at 40% capacity due to non availability of fuel.
• Nuclear power plants can easily be sabotaged by a suicidal employee.
• Our experience with Tarapur power reactor given by USA was dismal. It had contaminated the whole of Tarapur and killed many employees. To work in the high radiation areas, DAE employees from other units were sent to Tarapur on a regular basis. With no independent authority to monitor the contamination and radiation exposure, our nuclear programme is a dangerous thing for the country.
• The huge investments in nuclear technology did not produce sufficient returns. To waste further on nuke power is not a wise thing. The money could be diverted to more conventional technologies and for solar power.

There is another side to this offer by US. There was a total slowdown of nuclear power generation in US after the Three mile island disaster. American nuclear industry does not attract the type of scientists and engineers it once attracted. So even to meet their nuclear power industry requirement, outsourcing the research to other nations and the only nation with the sufficient manpower and know-how is India. Our future nuclear programme is partly hinged on the easy availability of Thorium which upon irradiation will change to useful nuclear fuel. Th232 will become U233 which is useful as nuclear fuel. The Thorium fuel cycle is quite suitable for us in the long term. US didn’t progress in many of these ideas and they know very well that India is the country they should co-operate with. Even the Tarapur power station supplied by US was a national disaster, which was not discussed in public. But India had traveled further and constructed additional nuclear power stations which are now operational. With almost 9 new power stations in the pipeline we are taking a bold step to reduce dependence on oil. With some strong push, we can develop wind energy, solar energy and cultivation of diesel plants on a massive scale. The solar energy is a field which is very promising. From very low efficiency conversion rate these cells are available up to 18% conversion efficiency. A quantum jump in solar energy can be expected with a possible efficiency of above 60%. We should remember that the burning of wood or grass, was sufficient for us long back and the conversion efficiency of solar energy by plant is just 1%. Our Allahu Iyer is under the orders of Pakistan through Sonia to pursue the pipe line that will be under constant threat from muslim terrorists and even from earthquakes. Instead Allahu Ayer should have been concentrating on exploration of our oil bearing areas. The theories of crude oil formation had undergone radical changes and one way it could be formed is by chemical reaction under high pressure.
India is a nation that produced the scientists who designed the Pentium chips. For our nuclear programme we don’t need much outside help. But US is looking for nuclear coolies in India and at the same time want to prevent India becoming a nuclear super power. Unfortunately when pygmies like Anil Kakodkar are put in charge of DAE, we were unable to develop Uranium enrichment method to meet our requirement and now we are selling our national interest through two ISI agent who is ruling India.
